I got the idea to create a PHP copycat domain script when I saw the DnsTwist Python script created by Marcin (see https://github.com/elceef/dnstwist), a fantastic self contained opensource script.

The entire PhishDom project got off the ground because I was looking for a project with which to learn Laravel, an incredible PHP framework created by Taylor Otwell.
