If you’re using PhishDom, Information Security is on your radar (rightly so) and so it begs the question: Is PhishDom secure and safe to use?
First and foremost, almost all of the information the PhishDom platform gathers is ‘public’ such as information about your domain name, website content, copy cat domains, DNS records, etc – it is all available online.
The information that is stored that is NOT public such as usernames, email addresses and passwords are stored in our database with the passwords ‘hashed & salted’.
The platform itself has been built with security in mind at every step with the developer considering how they would ‘attack’ the platform, additionally it has been tested using automated tools and reviewed ethical hackers.
Administrative access to the platform is only available to the PhishDom team with multiple safeguards put in place to restrict access.
